Demystify Death
AUTUMN NATURE WALKS
October 25 · November 1
Sun 10/25, 2:30-4:00 pm · Sun 11/1, 3:00-4:30 pm
Join an Arlington death doula for a transformative Demystify Death Nature Walk in Glencarlyn Park this fall. We will connect the seasons of nature, the seasons of our lives, grief, and mortality while embracing joy.
Are you struggling in your current season of life? Perhaps you are caring for elders, raising children, and working. Or you may feel alone, missing a spouse, friend, or family member who died recently, or many years ago. You may be holding ambiguous grief due to an unexpected job loss or the end of a marriage, or anticipatory grief for a loved one with dementia.
Join a small group for a serene, slow walk in nature. We will contemplate our mortality through mindful observation and gentle reflections, opening our hearts to wonder and joy, immersed in the beauty of nature.
